Charles manages the design and maintenance of Ashe Cogrove’s technical processes and services. His job is ensuring that we are functioning with the best business operational processes in place.

Although his role includes analyzing current operations, researching best practices, setting objectives for business optimization, properly allocating budgets, and overseeing technicians and engineers; he is aware that people are our #1 asset and no matter how skilled a team is, our clients want to work with folks that they know, that they like, and that they trust.

When he’s not at work making sure client’s IT environmenst are running smoothly, he spends time rooting for local sports teams - he's a big Giants fan!
